SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within the continental United States.

Orders placed by 3:00PM EST will ship same day.

​

Any order over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.

​

For orders under $300, we offer a standard USPS shipping for $9.99 that will arrive between 2-6 days.

​

For orders over $300, we offer a $39.99 standard UPS ground shipping rate. Use the map below to calculate estimated number of transit days. Transit days only include business days, Monday-Friday.

All Trolling Motors will be shipped via standard UPS ground shipping. Cost varies due to large size and weight.

**While USPS and UPS are our main shipping carriers, we may use any carrier based on destination and cost at our discretion, but will still work to meet the estimated shipping timeframes above.**

RETURN POLICY

To return an order, re-package order, include your name and order number on outside of package, and ship to:

Unopened/Unused returns received within 30 days of order placement will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. Items must be in perfect working order and be returned with all items and packaging shipped with the original order.

Returns received after 30 days, or that have been used, are missing components or packaging, or cannot be sold as "New" will be refunded minus a 35% restock fee and shipping costs.

 

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
