What comes with a Bow Ducer
All Basic, Deluxe, Premium and 360 Bowducers include latch clip on top of the downrod to prevent backing out of the cup, an index piece to always deploy the transducer in a specific direction, and all necessary mounting hardware (stainless and marine grade throughout).
Nylon Thumbscrews are used to hold baseplates to their mounting systems (sub plates, pedestals, sport track brackets, alumacraft rails, etc). These function to quickly remove Baseplates from the side of the boat as well as a strain relief (they will break away if the boat accidentally runs into something).
This Bowducer assembly allows for Lowrance 3D as well as the new Garmin LVS32 LiveScope transducer. NOTE: Garmin LVS12 transducers can use any of our Bowducer assemblies due to its smaller connector and footprint.
Livescope/Panoptix transducer is mounted to the bottom of the downrod with the Garmin transom bracket (see photo). Cables run through the downrod. The downrod assembly is 1.5 inches OD.
Handles are now included as a standard item for this assembly
This system allows the transducer to be swiveled within its cup assembly for scanning with Livescope or Panoptix transducers. A special friction fit holds transducers steady in current or when moving.
Suitable for trolling up to about 5mph. The general rule of thumb is: If the trolling motor is out of the water, so too should be the downrod.
Mounting: We are able to mount our sub plate to the top of various clamping systems. Clamps offered are made by Titelok Company and we can provide their 5601, 5605, 5606 and 5608 clamps with the Livescope Bowducer. see www.Titelok.com and click on mounts, then clamps to see these items.
